Patient is a 58-year-old female who felt that her face had lost considerable youthful contour, especially after going through menopause. Specifically, she did not like her jowls and downturned mouth that she felt made her look dissatisfied. She wanted a younger appearing neck and jawline and crisper upper and lower eyes that appear more rested. Of course, she would like to appear soft and natural with imperceptible scars.
High SMAS (deep-plane) Facelift with Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy and transpalpebral removal of corregator muscles. She also underwent autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 30cc, including the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and jawline.
