Patient is a 61-year-old female executive who maintains a very busy professional schedule in a youthful industry, and felt that she had lost some of the definition of her eyes and jawline that made her appear much older than she felt. She was concerned about looking “done”, and simply wanted to appear more elegant but not “too tight” as many of her friends looked after having facial rejuvenation.
