Patient is a 47-year-old female who has lived her life in front of the camera in broadcasting. She is bothered by the heaviness of her brow, and in conjunction to her early jowls and downturned mouth, seem to impart a very serious appearance to her face. She is also losing the definition of her cheekbones and jawline; features that have always been her hallmark. Her nasal profile has bothered her for years, especially when viewed on camera, and she desires a softer more feminine appearing nose that better matches and accentuates her facial features.
High SMAS Facelift, Endoscopic browlift, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 20cc including lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline, and upper and lower lips. The patient also underwent a simulataneous rhinoplasty. She is delighted with the results.
