Patient is a 66 year-old female who felt that she looked much older than she felt and wanted to address her gaunt features and loss of definition of her cheekbones and jawline, which were both quite elegant when she was younger. She was also bothered by her puffy and redundant upper and lower eyes that could not be improved no matter what eye creams she tried. She wanted to appear younger, softer, and without traces of surgery having been performed.
High SMAS Facelift, lateral temporal browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and autogenous fat transfer to the lower eyes for a total of 4 cc.
