Patient is a 52-year-old female who was accustomed to being called “cute” in her youth, and always prided herself on her appearance. She was quite the sun worshiper until recently, and feels that she has aged quite dramatically in the last 5 years, especially since menopause. She would like to recapture the wonderful definition of her cheekbones and jawline that she once had, while appearing soft and natural.
High SMAS Facelift, lateral temporal brow elevation, lower blepharoplasty, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 33.5cc including lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, temples, jawline, and upper and lower lips. The patient also underwent an upper lip-lift to shorten the upper lip and make it appear more youthful.
