Patient is a 63-year-old female who had progressively lost the youthful contours of her face, especially her neck and jawline. She wanted to regain the “heart-shaped” face she had when she was in her early forties, and desired to appear younger and more attractive without tell-tale signs of surgery.
Procedure: High SMAS Facelift, Bilateral lower blepharoplasty, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 13cc including lower eyes, nasolabial folds, jawline, and upper and lower lips.
