Patient is a 68-year-old female who believed she appeared much older than she felt. She felt that her eyes had always been her best feature, but people would ask her if she was tired or angry about something. She was bothered by her heavy brow, jowls, and the deep wrinkles around her mouth despite never having smoked. She wanted to appear younger and more attractive.
High SMAS Facelift, Lateral temporal brow elevation, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, full face erbium laser resurfacing, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 54cc including lower eyes, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, jawline, and lips. She also underwent an upper lip-lift.
