Patient is a 69-year-old female who was interested in appearing younger and prettier. Self-proclaimed as vain, she used to be in movies and on-stage when she was younger. She recently had significant weight loss, and had noticed increased laxity of her face with more pronounced jowls, loss of jawline definition, and more sagging of the skin around her eyes. When she was younger, she was always complimented on her beautiful cheekbones and neck. Of course, she stated she did not want to look “done”, but wanted the “It” back.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper blepharoplasty, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 20cc, including lower eyes, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, jawline, and lips. She also underwent full face erbium laser resurfacing. She is delighted with the result, and feels beautiful again.
