Patient is a 58-year-old who has always been interested in the welfare of others instead of herself and was looking to do something to treat herself after a successful career. She felt that she looked tired, with a heavy face and neck that lacked definition and was looking to correct the longstanding weakness of her chin. She was seeking a treatment plan that would make her look younger and more attractive.
High SMAS Deep Plane Facelift, with Endoscopic Browlift and treatment of brow asymmetry, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, chin augmentation with placement of medium extended anatomic chin implant, and fat transfer to the face for a total of 35cc including forehead, lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and jawline. Photos are approximately 4 months post-op, and there is still considerable swelling with expected further definition of cheekbones and jawline. The fourth photograph is after her professional headshots that showcase her newfound confidence.
