Patient is a 63-year-old female who desires to look younger and more attractive. She stated that she was “ cute” when she was younger, but since menopause her face has become very lax with loss of definition of her eyes, cheeks, and jawline. She feels the same inside as when she was younger, but sees a much older woman when she looks in the mirror.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, autogenous fat transfer to the face including lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, jawline and chin. Patient also had lower eyelid TCA chemical peel and perioral dermabrasion.
