Patient is a 61-year-old female who felt that she looked much older than she felt. Specifically she did not like her heavy jowls and downturned mouth which made her look stern and unhappy, and wanted to address her “turkey-gobbler” neck which made her look like her mother. She wanted to recapture her youthful attractiveness which was highlighted by her eyes and jawline but did not want to look “done”.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, autogenous fat transfer to the face including jawline, nasolabial creases, periorbital region, upper and lower lips, and cheeks. Patient also underwent glabellar and perioral dermabrasion.
