Patient is a 55-year-old female who had always been considered attractive but in the recent past felt that she had lost some of the vibrant beauty she possessed when she was younger. Specifically, she was bothered by the wrinkles of her heavy appearing brow, and the loss of definition and crispness of her upper and lower eyes. She had begun to develop jowls and did not like the heaviness of her cheeks nor the loss of her once sharp jawline and graceful neck. She wanted to look younger and more beautiful without the tell-tale signs of having had surgery.
High SMAS facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 43 cc including lower eyes, midface, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, and upper and lower lips. She also underwent full face Erbium laser resurfacing. She is ecstatic with her surgical results.
