Patient is a 65-year-old female who was looking to regain her youthful appearance. She feels very young at heart, is active, and wants to enjoy her retirement feeling and looking her best. She had specifically lost the definition of her neck and jawline, and had developed jowls and rounding of her face over the last 10 years. She wanted a well-coordinated result that appeared natural and soft.
High SMAS Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, full face erbium laser resurfacing, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 22cc including lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, and upper and lower lips. She is 7 weeks post-op.
