Patient is a 49-year-old female who feels that she looks tired and beginning to resemble her much older mother. She has successfully raised multiple children, seemingly putting her own desires on the back burner for years. She wants to do something for herself, as she was quite beautiful and glamorous when she was younger as evidenced by old photographs. She does not like the bags of lower eyes, her asymmetric and drooping brow, and the lack of definition of her cheekbones and jawline. After years in the sun, she suffers from multiple regions of irregular facial pigmentation and yearns for the porcelain complexion she had when she was younger.
