Patient is a 60-year-old female who underwent a previous facelift and upper and lower eyelid surgery. She has noticed progressive hollowing of her upper and lower eyes after her previous eyelid surgery, along with progressive loss of the definition of her cheekbones, jawline, and neck. She would like to appear softer and more voluptuous with more harmony of the facial features for which she was very proud of in her youth.
High SMAS Facelift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty, upper and lower lip augmentation with placement of permalip lip implants, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 30cc including upper and lower eyes, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin and lips, and erbium laser resurfacing of the upper and lower eyes and perioral region. Note that the post-operative photos are 1.5 years post operative, hence the fat transfer is permanent. Appreciate the improved contour of the upper and lower eyelids that now appear youthful, and the improved proportion of the chin and jawline which have been improved with fat transfer. No chin implant was placed. She was ecstatic with the results.
