Patient is a 45-year-old female who has noted considerable facial aging in the last ten years and is constantly asked whether she is tired or unhappy when she is neither. She does not like the puffiness of her upper and lower eyes, the lack of definition of her cheekbones and jawline, and is quite bothered by her downturned mouth. She feels otherwise quite young, and desires to appear more refreshed, more youthful, and more beautiful.
