Patient is a 56-year-old female who desires facial rejuvenation. She feels that she looks quite gaunt, and likes her current body weight, as she works to maintain a trim figure. Specifically she dislikes the hanging skin of her neck and jawline, and feels hollow both along her upper and lower eyes, and in her cheeks. She wants to look softer and younger, but is very afraid of obtaining that “stretched look”, that she often sees around town.
High SMAS Facelift, Endoscopic browlift, Upper and lower blepharoplasty and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 90 cc including the temples, upper and lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, and upper and lower lips. She said post-operatively that people could not exactly figure out what had been done to her face.
