Patient is a 68-year-old female who feels that she looks old and unhappy. She dislikes her downturned mouth, her hollow and darkly pigmented eyes, and the jowls she has developed over the last 10 years. She remembers having a very angular and sculpted jawline when she was younger, and desires to regain her youthful voluptuousness and angularity without looking operated upon.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, partial removal of the superficial submandibular glands to give angularity of the jawline, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 28cc including lower eyes, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, upper and lower lips, and corners of the mouth.
