She wanted to do something for herself, and was bothered by her sad and matronly appearance as she was young at heart, and had many exciting plans for her retirement. She was specifically unhappy with her eyes and jowls, and the fact that her neck and jawline seemed ill-defined made her look like an older women. She desired to look younger, more attractive, and seemingly more approachable.
