Patient is a 64-year-old female who desires a younger and more attractive face. Since menopause, she has developed progressive laxity of her neck, and feels that she is looking quite matronly. She would like to appear as young as she feels, without tell-tale signs of surgery.

Patient is a 67-year-old female with a desire to appear younger and more attractive. Specifically, she did not like the very fatigued appearance of her eyes, and the progressive jowls and downturned corners of her mouth that become increasingly apparent in recent years. She was an avid “sun-worshiper” in her youth, and felt that her skin was blotchy and irregular in texture, leaving her looking worn out when she was not. She wanted to have her entire face rejuvenated in order to appear proportioned and only have one recovery period.
