29-year-old Asian female who complained of persistent puffiness of the lower eyes that made her look constantly tired and in poor health. She had tried different allergy medicines and adjustments in her diet, but the problem persists as it does in other family members. The patient also inquired about the hollowness beneath her eyes that seemed to accentuate the fullness.
