Patient is a 56-year-old female who has long standing heaviness of her eyebrows and bags of the upper and lower eyes that make her feel tired and unapproachable. She is frustrated that her eyes make her appear much older than she is, as would like to look younger and more attractive.
Lateral temoporal endoscopic brow elevation, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy and fat transfer to lower eyes, mid-face, cheekbones, and nasolabial folds. Note that the lateral endoscopic browlift is an important component of the treatment plan as much of the lateral eyelid hooding is from lateral brow descent.
