Patient is a 73-year-old female who underwent a previous facelift and had become concerned regarding her stern appearance that she felt that she appeared very unhappy and unapproachable even though she felt just fine. Specifically, she wanted to improve her downturned mouth, and elderly appearing jawline and neck. She wanted to appear happier, younger, and more attractive.
