Patient is a 65-year-old female who desired to look younger without tell-tale signs of facial surgery. She had been researching for years and was struck by the natural results on our facelift gallery. She wanted to regain her jawline and youthful bone structure and address the sagging of her eyes and loss of definition of her neck. She had always worn her hair in short styles and was very concerned about her post-operative scars.

High SMAS (deep plane) Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy and autogenous fat transfer to the face including the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, and jawline. She was delighted with her surgical result, and feels that she looks younger but not different, and people cannot quite put their finger on what has been performed. This patient is 3 months post-op in her after photos.
