Patient is a 25-year-old female who had developed pendulous and asymmetric breasts at a young age. She is athletic, but found it difficult to find clothes that flatter her figure without bringing unwanted attention to her breasts. She desired breasts that were smaller, perkier, and had more superior pole fullness. She is 5’3” was 128lbs and was a DD cup.

Bilateral Breast Reduction with removal of 425 gm of breast tissue from each breast and placement of subpectoral silicone breast implants to restore and retain superior pole fullness.
