Brest Reduction Gallery Patient 18241643

Patient is a 55-year-old female who had a long history of large and heavy breasts. After having 2 children she came to our office looking to have her breasts both lifted and reduced. She was a 36DD cup and desired to be a 36D cup with more superior fullness to her breasts (to give her a more youthful appearance) but wanted to avoid breast implants. She is 5’4” and weighs 142 lbs.

Superior pedicle breast reduction with removal of 168 grams of tissue from right breast, and 150 grams of tissue from left breast, with autogenous fat transfer to the superior breasts for a total of 400cc, 200cc in each breast. The patient finished with 36D breasts and was delighted with her results.
