Patient is a 55-year-old female who had a long history of large and heavy breasts. After having 2 children she came to our office looking to have her breasts both lifted and reduced. She was a 36DD cup and desired to be a 36D cup with more superior fullness to her breasts (to give her a more youthful appearance) but wanted to avoid breast implants. She is 5’4” and weighs 142 lbs.

Superior pedicle breast reduction with removal of 168 grams of tissue from right breast, and 150 grams of tissue from left breast, with autogenous fat transfer to the superior breasts for a total of 400cc, 200cc in each breast. The patient finished with 36D breasts and was delighted with her results.

Patient is a 47-year-old female with a long-standing desire for perkier and less heavy breasts. Her breasts were very fibrous and felt lumpy which made mammograms very challenging. She is 5’6” and weighs 160 lbs. She was a DD cup size and desired to be a full C to a small D cup. She was adamant about maintaining cleavage if possible.

Bilateral mastopexy with removal of 100gm from right breast and 113gm from left breast. She became a full C cup and was delighted with the size and symmetry of her breasts.

Patient is a 25-year-old female who had developed pendulous and asymmetric breasts at a young age. She is athletic, but found it difficult to find clothes that flatter her figure without bringing unwanted attention to her breasts. She desired breasts that were smaller, perkier, and had more superior pole fullness. She is 5’3” was 128lbs and was a DD cup.

Bilateral Breast Reduction with removal of 425 gm of breast tissue from each breast and placement of subpectoral silicone breast implants to restore and retain superior pole fullness.

Patient is a 42-year-old female who has two children and developed progressively asymmetric and droopy breasts that made her feel old and unattractive. She desired perkier breasts with better cleavage and more symmetric nipple areolar complexes. She is 5’5” and weighs 141 lbs, wore a 34D cup bra and desired to be a full C cup breast.

Bilateral mastopexy with removal of 87 grams of tissue from each breast. She went from D cup to full C cup breasts.

31-year-old female had significant sagging of her breasts after breast feeding. She desired more proportioned breasts with smaller nipple areolar complexes.
