Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 54-year-old female with long standing saline breast implants that were placed in the subpectoral position with a perioareolar lift. She was concerned about additional scarring on the breasts and wanted to limit scars to the nipple areolar complex. She desired her breasts to be fuller, more symmetric, and her nipples to be even and at the same position. She is 5’5”, weighs 125lbs., and wanted to stay roughly in the D cup range.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with periareolar mastopexy and placement of subpectoral high profile smooth silicone gel implants, 560cc on right, and 605cc on left. She was delighted with the shape and symmetry of her D cup breasts.
