Patient is a 28-year-old female who had a previous breast augmentation with asymmetry of the breasts that made it difficult to comfortably wear a bra, and made the patient self-conscious of the appearance of her breasts when unclothed. She desires breasts that appear more symmetric and a bit more voluptuous
Left open capsulorraphy with elevation of right inframammary fold and placement of smooth cohesive silicone gel implants, 371cc on right, and 397cc on left. Patient was delighted with the result.
