36 year old female who had previous breast implants placed with gradual loss of superior breast volume over time. In the recent past, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident with causing inferior and lateral displacement of the right breast fold. She desired more symmetric breasts with more pronounced cleavage.
Bilateral breast implant pocket revision with elevation of inferior breast folds, and closure of excess lateral implant pockets.
