Breast Surgery Revision
35–year-old female who had a previous saline breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. She developed significant capsular contractures along with lateral displacement of her implants and progressive droopiness that she wanted to address. She desired smaller, perkier, and more centrally positioned breasts that appeared attractive and natural.
Bilateral mastopexy with removal of breast capsules and modification of the breast implant pockets, and placement of 360cc smooth silicone gel breast implants.
