Patient is a 47-year-old female who after undergoing previous breast augmentation and lift, has experienced progressive hardening and superior displacement of her breasts making her both physically uncomfortable and self-conscious about the unnatural appearance of her breasts. She desired more evenly distributed breast volume and perkier appearing nipples that looked more youthful and natural. She was a small D cup breast and wanted to maintain her breast volume. She is 5’4” and weighs 135lbs.

Bilateral breast implant exchange with placement of 485cc cohesive “gummy bear” smooth silicone breast implants with open capsulectomy and modification of breast pocket dimensions and perioareolar breast lift. She maintained her D cup breast size with long-term maintenance of breast shape with placement of cohesive gel implants.
