This patient is a 38 year-old-female who had breast implants placed approximately 12 years prior, was a D cup and desired more superior fullness and projection. She is 5’4” and weighs 117 lbs.
Bilateral subpectoral breast implant exchange with placement of 750cc high profile cohesive smooth silicone gel breast implants. “Gummy-bear” silicone breast implants were chosen for their ability to maintain upper-pole breast fullness as the patient desired, and she was ecstatic with her results.
