Patient is a 46 year-old female who had undergone a previous saline breast augmentation 13 years prior by another surgeon. She desired more full and voluptuous breasts with more upper pole fullness. She is 5’ 2” and weighs 135 lbs, was a C cup and wanted to be in the D cup range.
Bilateral inframammary subpectoral breast implant exchange with placement of moderate profile, smooth silicone cohesive gel implants, 640cc bilaterally. She went from a C cup to a D cup and loves her new look!
