Patient is a 34-year-old female who had underwent a previous saline breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. She developed a capsular contracture and inframammary fold descent of her left breast and desired fuller, perkier breasts with better symmetry.
Left capsulorrhaphy, bilateral open capsulotomy and breast implant exchange with placement of high profile cohesive silicone breast implants, 700cc. She is delighted with her full D cup breasts!
