Breast Surgery Revision
26 year-old-female who had undergone a previous mastopexy augmentation with another surgeon and is unhappy with her breasts as she feels they are droopy and too large. She is frustrated that she is a DD cup, and would like firmer, perkier, and smaller breasts that better complement her body.
Bilateral mastopexy with breast implant pocket revision (repositioning implants medially and elevation of inframammary fold) with removal of saline from both breast implants. She resulted in a full C cup breast.
