Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 54-year old female who underwent previous breast augmentation and developed progressive asymmetry with loss of superior breast fullness, and breast tissue hanging of the old implants. She wanted softer, more symmetric breasts with more appropriate shape and volume. She is 5’7”, weighed 127 pounds, was a moderate C cup breast and wished to be a full C cup.
Bilateral open capsulectomy with revision of breast pocket, lowering of breast inframammary folds, and placement of subpectoral 397cc smooth silicone breast implants. She was extremely happy with the symmetry and shape of her full C cup breasts.
