Patient is a 35-year-old female who underwent previous breast augmentation and desired fuller more voluptuous breasts. She had noticed progressive loss of superior breast volume, and rippling along the lateral aspect of both breasts that bothered her both visually and to the touch. She was a large C-cup and desired to be a full D-cup. She is 5’5” and weighs 125lbs.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with breast implant pocket adjustment and placement of “gummy bear” high-profile 650cc highly cohesive form-stable smooth silicone gel implants. She was extremely satisfied with her new breast shape with superior fullness and reduction of lateral implant rippling. She went from full C cup to full D cup breast.
