Patient is a 39-year-old female who underwent previous mastopexy augmentation with another surgeon and was not happy with her results. She felt that her breasts looked asymmetric with a square shape, and lack of superior fullness. She wanted her breasts to appear more voluptuous with a more natural shape both in and out of clothing. She is 5’6”, and weighs 135 lbs.
: Bilateral breast implant exchange with placement of smooth silicone subpectoral high-profile cohesive (“gummy bear”) gel implants 520cc bilaterally with revision mastopexy. Photos are approximately 8 weeks post-surgery, and scars will continue to fade.
