Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 46-year-old female who had undergone a previous breast augmentation and recently noticed a change in the shape and position of her left breast. MRI confirmed a left breast implant rupture. She desired larger and more symmetric breasts. She is 5’5” and weighs 100lbs. She desired to be a full C cup breast.
Bilateral silicone breast implant exchange with repositioning of implant pockets. She had placement of subpectoral silicone gel implants, 360cc on right, 375cc on left; leaving her with full C cup breasts.
