Patient is a 23-year -old female who had a previous saline breast augmentation with placement of high-profile 365cc smooth saline breast implants. She stated that they never dropped after her initial surgery, not filling the bottom of her bras appropriately, and looked too high without clothes on. She wanted more voluptuous breasts with appropriate positioning that appeared more natural. She was a moderate C cup breast, and desired to be a D cup. She is 5’3” and weighs 105 lbs.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with release of breast capsules and lowering of breast folds. She underwent inframammary subpectoral placement of 457cc smooth silicone breast implants leaving her with a D cup breast. She was extremely happy with her breast size, shape, and symmetry.
