Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 43-year-old female who is twelve years post-op saline subglandular breast augmentation with recent deflation of her right breast implant. She had long been bothered by rippling of both breasts, and wanted more natural appearing breasts. Patient is 5’4”, weighs 139 lbs, and is a small D cup.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with placement of smooth saline moderate profile breast implants from subglandular to subpectoral plane. 480cc implants were inflated to 510cc bilaterally, and patient is delighted with her more natural, ripple-free, D cup breasts.
