Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 45-year-old female who underwent a previous breast augmentation with gradual loss of symmetry, and superior breast fullness. She desired better cleavage while maintaining her general size of 34D, and wanted to treat breast implant rippling which she could both see and feel. She is 5’4” and weighs 121lbs.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with elevation of breast folds and lateral portions of breast implant pockets, and placement of bilateral cohesive smooth silicone “gummy-bear” high profile breast implants, 545cc on right, and 560cc on left. She was happy with her breast symmetry, size, and the fact that she no longer had problematic breast implant rippling. Though she has much better cleavage and superior breast fullness, she remained a 34D breast as desired.
