Breast Surgery Revision
Patient is a 37-year-old female who had a previous breast augmentation and noticed progressive loss of superior volume of the right breast, and lowering of the right fold as compared with the left. She desired more voluptuous and symmetric breasts that appeared proportioned with her 5’7” 118 pound frame. She was a moderate B cup and wanted to be a full C cup breast.
Bilateral breast implant exchange with release of breast capsules, elevation of right inframammary fold, and placement of subpectoral 575cc smooth silicone breast implants. She became a full C cup.
