Patient is a 43-year-old female who after having two children, had noted progressive breast droopiness with loss of superior breast volume, and enlarged asymmetric nipple areolar complexes. She desired perkier, more symmetric breasts with more superior breast volume. She is 5’8” and weighs 145 lbs, was a D cup requesting to be a full C cup breast.
Bilateral mastopexy with liposuction of the axillae for a total of 200cc. She became a full C cup breast.
