Patient is a 62 year-old female with a long standing desire to have a more attractive body both in and out of clothing. She felt that her breasts were droopy and looked matronly and wanted them to appear perkier and more youthful. She is currently 5’4” and weighs 137lbs and is a D cup breasts and desires to be a perky C.

Bilateral Mastopexy with removal of 140 gms of tissue from each breast. She was absolutely delighted with the appearance of her breasts and feels much more confident as a result.
