Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 36-year-old female who has given birth to two children and had underwent a saline breast augmentation 15 years prior. She had developed sagging of her breasts and desired better symmetry and more fullness. She is 5’ 7”, weighs 175 lbs. and is currently a small D cup and desired to be a full D cup.
Bilateral mastopexy with subpectoral breast implant exchange with placement of saline breast implants, 600cc to her right breast, 590cc to her left. She went from a small D cup to a full D cup with increased superior breast fullness as she wanted. She is delighted.
