Patient is a 37-year-old female who after having 3 children has developed progressive asymmetry of her breasts with pronounced droopiness and loss of superior pole fullness. She is 5’2” and weighs 156lbs and is a DD cup breasts and wishes to remain her current size.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of 240cc smooth silicone breast implants. She maintained her DD cup size and was delighted with her symmetry and shape of her breasts.
