Breast Lift With Augmentation
Patient is a 24-year-old female who had long standing breast asymmetry which she was very self-conscious about. She had desired breast enlargement for quite a while as she had never developed significant breast volume as her sisters had. She was a small B cup breast and wanted to be a moderate to full C cup breast.
Bilateral breast augmentation with placement of subpectoral smooth silicone breast implants, 415 cc on right and 345cc on left. Patient also undderwent a left Periareolar mastopexy to both elevate the left nipple and make the areola size more symmetric.
