Patient is a 31-year-old female who after having two children, had found her breasts asymmetric, droopy and deflated. She desired perkier and more voluptuous breasts, currently being a C cup breast, she wanted to be a full D cup breast. She is 5’2” and weighs 167lbs.
Bilateral mastopexy augmentation with subpectoral placement of smooth silicone cohesive gel implants, 520cc on left, 485cc on right. She ended with a full D cup breast and was delighted with her results.
